KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of our Front of the House team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. Responsibilities will vary depending on the role, but may include:

  • Floor Supervisor – Oversee daily service operations, ensure team efficiency, and uphold brand standards.
  • Bartender – Prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar presentation, and engage with guests to create memorable experiences.
  • Hostess – Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth guest flow in the venue.
  • Waiters/Waitresses – Provide attentive table service, deliver food & beverages promptly, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Across all roles, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Rise Hospitality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service excellence at all times.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
