Key Responsibilities
As a Mushroom Farm Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Harvesting mushrooms at the right stage for quality and freshness
- Sorting and packaging mushrooms based on size, weight, and condition
- Monitoring crop growth for signs of disease or pests
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas
- Operating basic machinery used in mushroom farming
Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Physically fit and capable of working on your feet for long periods
