Key Responsibilities
As a truck driver at Baillargeon Transport you will be responsible for the following duties and tasks
- Operate various trucks including dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and dry bulk haulers
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain records
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Load and unload cargo when required
Required Qualifications
Baillargeon Transport is seeking individuals as truck drivers who fulfill the following criteria and requirements in terms of education, experience, licenses and specializations
- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years of relevant truck driving experience
- Licensing:
- Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks)
- Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer trucks, vehicles with more than 3 axles)
- Valid Class 1 or A and Class 3 or D Driver’s License
- Specialization: Experience with dry bulk and dump truck equipment
