Key Responsibilities
The purpose of the role
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will help lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure outstanding customer service standards are upheld at all times.
- Supervise and support front-line staff during all shifts
- Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and training
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
