Key Responsibilities

The purpose of the role
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will help lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure outstanding customer service standards are upheld at all times.

  • Supervise and support front-line staff during all shifts
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and training
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
