KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of our Front of the House team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. Responsibilities will vary depending on the role, but may include:
- Floor Supervisor – Oversee daily service operations, ensure team efficiency, and uphold brand standards.
- Bartender – Prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar presentation, and engage with guests to create memorable experiences.
- Hostess – Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth guest flow in the venue.
- Waiters/Waitresses – Provide attentive table service, deliver food & beverages promptly, and maintain guest satisfaction.
Across all roles, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Rise Hospitality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service excellence at all times.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
We are looking for dynamic, guest-oriented professionals with:
- Previous experience in a similar role (UAE experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
