Job Responsibilities
As a Farm Workers Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding growing shoots into optimal development positions.
- Removing suckers and water sprouts manually.
- Tying and securing plants.
- Training trees to produce higher-quality fruit.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Maintaining quality control and production records.
- Keeping detailed work logs and records.
- Hiring and training farm staff.
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
- Performing general farm duties as required.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
- Ability to work in dusty, hot, and noisy environments.
- Physically demanding tasks with tight deadlines.
- Must be a team player with strong organizational skills.
