Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cooking OR a relevant NZ Register Level 1 qualification (or equivalent).
- Availability to work across 7 days, between 9 AM and midnight.
- Willingness to work weekends (weekend job option available).
Key Responsibilities (Aligned with ANZSCO Standards):
- Preparing and cooking food to meet the menu specifications.
- Monitoring food preparation and presentation standards to ensure consistency.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock ordering.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
