Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, you shall be responsible for the following tasks and duties:
- Adhere to company health and safety standards at all times.
- Follow instructions to ensure cleaning is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Work with the team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning toilet facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by wiping tables and benches, mopping floors, and emptying rubbish bins.
- Carry out specialized cleaning tasks such as disinfecting and removing dust and dirt from various surfaces.
- Utilize appropriate materials to remove stains, dirt, and residues.
- Vacuum and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and floors as necessary.
- Properly dispose of rubbish after each cleaning assignment.
- Report to the supervisor regarding maintenance of company vehicles, stock of cleaning tools, and supplies.
- Handle special requests from customers as appropriate.
Requirements
We are seeking Cleaners who fulfill the following requirements:
- Have an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, honest, and attentive to detail.
- Flexible ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
- No experience or qualification required for this role; training will be provided.
Helpful but not essential:
- Site Safe Passport.
- Health & Safety certifications.
- Elevated Work Platform certifications.
