KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you are the link between the culinary team and our guests—bringing flavour, atmosphere, and service to life. You’ll help create memorable dining moments that reflect our brand promise of Progress Together, Anytime, Anywhere.
- Set up, serve, and clear tables
- Explain menu items and support guests with dietary needs
- Upsell food and beverage options to enhance the guest experience
- Communicate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food, presentation, and creating customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
