Key Responsibilities
The purpose of the role
As a Warehouse Assistant at our Auckland branch, you’ll be an essential part of the TVH supply chain. You’ll support the efficient receipt and dispatch of goods, maintain stock accuracy, and promote a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
- Participate in stock control and inventory cycle counts
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organised work area
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and effectively
- Report any quality issues or vendor returns
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet operational goals
Required Qualifications & Skills
Who we’re hiring
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Person with a strong background in warehousing operations and a proactive approach to safety and quality.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics
- A current forklift licence – required
- Physically fit and able to lift/move stock as needed
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferred)
- A team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Commitment to safe work practices and procedures
