Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant – Key Responsibilities

The purpose of the role:
As a Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant, you’ll help ensure our village is welcoming, clean, and comfortable for our residents. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing cleaning services across the village
  • Operating laundry services for residents and village areas
  • Assisting with general tidiness and hygiene maintenance
  • Working collaboratively with other staff and management
  • Ensuring safe use of cleaning equipment and materials

Required Qualifications & Skills

About you:
We’re looking for someone who is positive, respectful, and motivated:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or laundry work is a plus, but not required
  • Physically fit and able to manage tasks such as lifting and bending
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly and respectful attitude towards elderly residents
  • Willing to undergo training and follow safety guidelines
