We’re now hiring a Forklift Operator to join the production team in Glenfield, Auckland for an ongoing temporary role—with the potential for a permanent position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of the role

As a Forklift Operator, you will contribute directly to the daily operations of a busy manufacturing facility. You’ll ensure that raw materials, components, and finished goods move efficiently and safely throughout the production floor.

  • Operate stand-up and sit-down electric counterbalance forklifts
  • Load and unload containers
  • Transfer stock between stores
  • Assist in packing and dispatch of orders
  • Lift items up to 25kgs
  • Work in a noisy production environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean workspaces

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Who we’re hiring

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable individual with experience in warehousing and forklift operations.

  • Valid forklift licence (essential)
  • Previous forklift operating experience
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy production environment
  • Prior warehousing or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit
  • Must have full New Zealand working rights
