Key Responsibilities
As a Dock Hand, your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading shipments efficiently and safely
- Organising and staging goods for distribution
- Using manual handling equipment such as pallet jacks
- Ensuring accurate handling and placement of products
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe dock area
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- No formal qualifications required
- Previous dock, warehouse, or logistics experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally entitled to work in Australia
