Our Manukau Delivery Branch is looking for a reliable and energetic On-Call Delivery Agent to join the team. Whether it’s on two wheels or in a Paxster, you’ll help keep NZ moving and deliver smiles across the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the role
As an NZ Post Delivery Agent, you’ll be part of a hands-on team responsible for delivering mail and parcels quickly, safely, and with care. From sorting letters to zooming through the streets on a Paxster or bike, you’ll be a visible and valued face in your local community.
- Sort mail and prepare delivery route
- Deliver mail and parcels using a bike or Paxster
- Navigate efficiently, regardless of the weather
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow all NZ Post safety protocols and delivery standards
- Work independently and take pride in your delivery route

Who we’re hiring
We’re after people with energy, integrity, and a can-do attitude. If you’re comfortable on two (or four small) wheels and love being out and about, this role’s for you.
- Able to work on-call (Monday to Saturday mornings)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Confident riding a bike or small delivery vehicle (Paxster)
- Minimum Restricted NZ Driver’s Licence
- Strong attention to detail for sorting and delivering correctly
- Committed to safety—your own and others’
- Good reading and writing skills for handling delivery data
- Positive, reliable, and ready to represent NZ Post in the community
