Key Responsibilities
The purpose of the role
As a Construction Worker at Solar Pro Installer, you’ll support the team on various solar and general construction projects. Your role will involve physical labour, working outdoors, and assisting skilled tradespeople to complete builds safely and efficiently.
- Assist in installation of solar panels and related infrastructure
- Load and unload construction materials
- Clean and prepare job sites
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Work at heights and in outdoor environments
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors

Required Qualifications & Skills
Who we’re hiring
We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for hands-on construction work.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in construction (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
- Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions
- No formal education required
- Familiarity with tools and basic construction tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
