KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the role
As a Labourer at Qube, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and preparing shipping containers to meet operational standards. Your work will ensure our containers are clean, safe, and compliant with industry specifications.
- Steam-cleaning and general cleaning of containers
- Painting and touch-ups
- Sweeping and preparing containers
- Completing basic container repairs
- Following all health and safety protocols
- Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Who we’re hiring
We’re looking for enthusiastic, physically capable individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to roll up their sleeves and learn.
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Previous labouring or industrial cleaning experience is a bonus
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
