Work Hours:
- Monday: 08:45am – 3:15pm
- Tuesday: 08:45am – 5:15pm
- Wednesday: 08:45am – 3:15pm
- Saturday: 08:45am – 6:15pm
- Sunday: 08:45am – 3:15pm
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Experience: Providing excellent service by helping customers with bike assembly, setup, and repairs.
- Technical Expertise: Ensuring every bike is in perfect working order and ready for the trails.
- Store Efficiency: Maintaining smooth store operations by processing transactions and keeping inventory updated.
- Team Collaboration: Working with your teammates to ensure everything runs smoothly, especially during busy periods.
- Adaptability: Adjusting to changes and working effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
- Communication: Offering clear and friendly advice to customers while collaborating with colleagues.
